The problem

Most Australian homes have a problem window.

The one that turns the lounge room into an oven by three in the afternoon. The one that fades the carpet in the front room. The one where the glare wipes the television off the wall.

The usual fix. Close the blinds. Block the light, block the view, sit in a dark room, and hope it cools down before dinner.

The other way. A thin metallic film sends the sun's heat back out the way it came in. The blind stays down. The view stays clear.

How most people discover reflective blinds.

A man in Sydney found his way to us a few months ago. After moving into his new apartment, he discovered a 20-year-old set of our Solar blinds on his apartment’s windows. Amazed at the difference they made and unaware of what to call them he discovered a partially faded sticker on the bottom right corner of the blinds with our logo and phone number. Before he started unpacking, he was on the phone to us asking how he could have them replaced. Within 1 month a brand-new set of our Solar blinds was installed in his apartment, providing relief from the sun and maintaining his city views for the next 20 years.

This story is a common occurrence; most homeowners discover RBA by accident. Our reflective films reflect up to 82 per cent of solar heat. The air conditioner does less work. The power bill does less damage to the hip pocket. Rooms that used to be unusable in summer become rooms you can enjoy.

UV light fades carpets, leather, timber, paintings, and the spines of every book in the room. RBA blinds block more than 99 per cent of UV without loosing natural light. Floors stop striping, couches stop bleaching and what matters to you is protected.

This is the part most people do not believe until they see it. Even with the blind fully down, you can see out clearly. The garden, the street, the trees, the kids on the lawn. All of it stays exactly where it was.

Complete the order form. Every blind is made to order in Australia. Standard windows, skylights, angled glass, unusual shapes. If it has glass, we can fit it.
Alternatively we can connect you to one of our retailers if you would like someone to measure and install for you.
